The State of New Hampshire is seeking qualified vendors to provide propane gas and delivery services to its agencies, political subdivisions, and qualifying nonprofit entities across multiple districts. The contract will be awarded on a district‑by‑district basis to the lowest‑cost vendor that can service all locations within a district, with a two‑year base term and optional two‑year extension. Vendors must meet a 72‑hour delivery window, comply with safety and spill‑response protocols, and submit detailed usage reports.
• Supply and deliver propane to ~150 listed tank sites (various sizes, automatic, seasonal, or on‑call) across six districts.
• Deliver within 72 hours of order receipt; provide bill of lading, safety documentation, and warranty coverage.
• Pricing may be fixed‑price per gallon or indexed to OPIS propane rack price plus a vendor markup; prices must remain firm for the contract term.
