The US Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide demolition services for the Harlequin Theater building at Joint Base San Antonio. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor to complete the project. The acquisition is set aside 100% for HUBZone small business concerns. * The project involves the demolition of one building (B2652, Harlequin Theater) located at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) Fort Sam Houston. * The contractor must provide all necessary management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor to complete the project. * The acquisition is set aside 100% for HUBZone small business concerns. * The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date.
