Description
The State of Missouri is seeking a vendor to provide janitorial services for the state-leased building located at 2814 South Baltimore Street, Kirksville, MO. The contractor will be responsible for providing evening janitorial services, including daily, weekly, monthly, and semi-annual tasks, such as cleaning floors, restrooms, kitchens, and other areas of the building. The contractor must have a minimum of two consecutive years of successful experience providing janitorial services for office buildings with a minimum of 19,000 square feet. The contract period is for one year, with the option to renew.
Some key tasks and responsibilities include:
* Providing all necessary equipment, supplies, and labor to perform the required services
* Maintaining a clean and sanitary environment for the building, its contents, and occupants
* Performing daily, weekly, monthly, and semi-annual tasks as specified in the contract
* Notifying the state agency of any issues or concerns related to the services being provided
* Cooperating with the state agency to ensure a smooth transition of services
