On-site Secure Shredding Services for Gallup Service Unit

The Indian Health Service is planning to award a sole source contract for on-site secure shredding services at the Gallup Service Unit. The contract will be awarded to SW Logistics LLC dba UltraShred, and it will be for a period of one year, from May 7, 2026, through May 6, 2027. The services required include on-site, crosscut shredding, management and maintenance of secure, locked collection bins, secure transportation of materials between service locations prior to destruction, and furnishing a Certificate of Destruction after each service. The vendor must be certified by the National Association for Information Destruction (NAID) and must comply with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and the Privacy Act of 1974. • The contract is for a firm-fixed-price sole source purchase order. • The vendor must provide all necessary personnel and equipment to perform the services. • The vendor must be certified by the National Association for Information Destruction (NAID). • The vendor must comply with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and the Privacy Act of 1974. • The period of performance is from May 7, 2026, through May 6, 2027.
