Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to replace the physical access control system at the VISN20 Offices in VA Portland Healthcare System, Vancouver Campus. The contractor shall provide all services, hardware, and software to replace the physical access control system, which must be VA-OIT Technical Resource Manual (TRM) approved and have authority to operate on the VA-OIT network. The project includes the installation of Avigilon Unity cameras, video intercoms, and other related equipment.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws and regulations.
• The contractor must provide a meet or exceed statement of work.
• The contractor must provide descriptive literature and verification of authorization by the manufacturer.
• The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
