Description
The Agency of Digital Services is seeking a contractor to provide strategic consulting services to support the implementation of the Vendor Relationship Management (VRM) Unit. The scope of work includes providing strategic planning, advisory, research, analysis, facilitation, and related consulting services. The contract period will be for 9 months with an option to renew for up to 4 additional 12-month periods. The contractor will be required to provide written analyses, reports, presentations, models, recommendations, or other documentation reasonably necessary to communicate the results of the assigned services.
* Provide strategic planning, advisory, research, analysis, facilitation, and related consulting services
* Support the implementation of the Vendor Relationship Management (VRM) Unit
* Provide written analyses, reports, presentations, models, recommendations, or other documentation
* Comply with the State of Vermont's Access to Public Records Act
* Comply with the State's security policies and procedures
