The Alabama Department of Insurance is seeking a vendor to supply and install a ViewSonic interactive display system for its 6th‑floor conference room. The scope includes one ViewBoard 4K interactive display with wireless adapter, wall‑mount hardware, a slot‑in PC (Intel Core i5‑1240P, 16 GB RAM, 512 GB SSD, Windows 11 Professional), and an extended on‑site warranty. The vendor must also provide installation services, including mounting the display and connecting a CAT‑6 network drop (customer to provide the drop). All equipment must be new, and no alternatives will be accepted.
