Description
This solicitation establishes a statewide contract for new, unused television equipment (brands LG, Panasonic, Samsung, Sony, Viewsonic), related accessories, and full installation services. The award will be based on the highest percentage discount off the publicly‑available market price. The contractor must provide warranty management, assume liability, maintain $2 M general liability insurance, pay a 1 % administrative fee on total sales, and submit quarterly reports.
