Emergency Object Removal Delaware River, Schuylkill River, and C and D Canal

The United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) is requesting proposals for the removal and disposal of objects from within the Delaware River channel, the Schuylkill River Navigation Project, and the C and D Canal. The objects pose a potential hazard to navigation and must be removed. The government will provide survey services to support the object removal efforts.
