Description
The Public Employees Retirement System of Oregon is seeking a contractor to provide website services for the PERS Health Insurance Program (PHIP). The scope of work includes ensuring ADA compliance, design refresh, mobile/responsive updates, functional updates, and other miscellaneous updates. The contractor will be required to provide a detailed plan and obtain the necessary insurance coverage. The evaluation and award will be based on the "Best Value" for the State, considering factors such as price, product and technical requirements, product availability, and vendor service performance.
• The contractor must ensure that the website complies with ADA requirements by April 24, 2026.
• The contractor must achieve WCAG 2.1 AA conformance across priority pages, forms, documents, and media for existing content.
• The contractor must revise the existing template to align with current standards and refresh the front-end layouts.
• The contractor must implement updates to the mobile/responsive templates to conform to current standards and incorporate ADA updates.
• The contractor must provide Professional Liability Insurance covering any damages caused by an error, omission, or negligent acts related to the services provided under this contract.
