Description
The West Virginia Department of Tourism is seeking a vendor to provide sound production services for the America 250th Anniversary Celebration. The vendor will be responsible for providing all labor, equipment, materials, supervision, tools, and incidentals necessary for full and operational performance. The services will include sound reinforcement, lighting, technicians, installation, operation, maintenance, and removal. The event will take place on the State Capitol Complex at 1900 Kanawha Boulevard East, Charleston, WV 25305.
• The vendor shall provide all necessary resources, as the agency will not provide supplementary resources.
• The vendor shall provide sound production services for the event dates specified in the schedule of events.
• The vendor shall be responsible for the installation, operation, maintenance, and removal of the sound production equipment.
