MARILEA COURT WATER PRESSURE IMPROVEMENTS

The City of Orange City is seeking sealed bids from qualified licensed contractors to provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials, supplies, means, and methods required to abandon existing water services and install new water services on Marilea Court. The goal of this project is to improve the existing water pressure complaints. The contractor must refer to the associated ITB drawings titled "Attachment A – Plans for Marilea Court Water Pressure Improvements" and ensure that all documents have been downloaded and reviewed prior to submitting a bid. The project shall reach final completion within thirty (30) calendar days upon issuance of a written Notice to Proceed unless otherwise modified by the City. The City will impose liquidated damages at $500.00 per day until final completion is met.
