The City of Commerce is soliciting qualified contractors to fully renovate the concession stand and associated support areas at American Veterans Memorial (AVM) Park. The scope includes demolition of the existing counter, construction of a new stainless‑steel serving area with operable windows, installation of washable wall and ceiling finishes, polished concrete or epoxy flooring, a commercial wash sink, upgraded electrical service and LED lighting, a ductless mini‑split HVAC system, restroom repairs, and refurbishment of the storage/support room. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, permitting assistance, and close‑out services, and must attend a mandatory pre‑proposal site meeting on October 15, 2026. The contract is a turnkey, performance‑bonded construction award with a maximum duration of 180 days and a submission deadline of October 30, 2026.
