Description
The Department of the Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide maintenance and sustainment of the Emergency Mass Notification System (EMNS) Giant Voice (GV) at Moody Air Force Base. The contractor will be responsible for conducting annual preventive maintenance inspections, performing diagnostic testing, and providing emergency call-out services. The contract will be for a base year with four option years. The contractor must have experience working with ATI Giant Voice equipment and systems.
Key aspects of the job include:
• Conducting one annual preventive maintenance inspection and system upgrades at Moody Air Force Base
• Performing diagnostic testing at each siren location
• Providing emergency call-out services within 24 hours
• Ensuring the latest software upgrades are installed on each computer throughout the year
• Providing test and measurement data for all work accomplished during each inspection visit
