Catering Services-Philadelphia City Council

The City of Philadelphia is seeking a catering service provider to provide high-quality food and service for Council-sponsored constituent outreach events. The selected vendor will be expected to furnish food and service across multiple categories, including full-service catering, drop-off catering, boxed lunches, and à la carte options. The contract term is from December 1, 2025, to November 30, 2026, with the option to renew for up to four additional one-year periods. The vendor must demonstrate ability to meet dietary restrictions, provide sample menus, and operate from licensed commercial facilities. • The catering services will support a variety of community programs, resource fairs, meetings, and special events, with attendance ranging from 50 to 1,000 guests. • The vendor must provide pricing per person or per tray, inclusive of disposables, staffing, and equipment. • The vendor must demonstrate ability to meet dietary restrictions and provide sample menus for each service category. • The vendor must operate from licensed commercial facilities and provide copies of valid Federal, State, and City food service licenses. • The vendor must be in good standing with the City of Philadelphia.
