Description
The Employment Development Department (EDD) is seeking bids for "As Needed" Door Maintenance and Repair Services for EDD offices in Riverside and San Bernardino. The contract term is from May 1, 2026, to April 30, 2028. The contractor will be required to provide door maintenance and repair services, including inspections, consultations, and emergency repairs. The contractor must comply with all applicable codes, regulations, and ordinances.
• The contractor will be expected to provide any or all of the following during the term of this Agreement:
• Inspections pertaining to repair work orders
• Consultation/planning on best method to achieve intended result
• Completion of maintenance/repair work orders as provided by the EDD Facilities Representative
• Emergency repairs
• Repairs normally not exceeding two workdays per task
• Identify and report to the EDD Facilities Representative any safety hazard, faulty equipment or other conditions encountered during the course of the work at the EDD office that is determined to need repair or replacement
• The Contractor shall comply with all state, the EDD and local office policies and procedures while on the premises.
