USPTO Enterprise Cloud Modernization (ECM)

The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) is seeking a contractor to provide Enterprise Cloud Modernization (ECM) support, including cloud usage and cloud professional services. The contract type will be determined prior to award. The contractor will be required to provide services in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS), which is included as an attachment to the solicitation. Some key aspects of the job include: • Providing cloud professional services • Ensuring compliance with USPTO security and privacy protection policies • Coordinating with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) for technical aspects of the contract • Submitting deliverables in accordance with the contract requirements • Participating in a post-award conference with the Contracting Officer and other USPTO stakeholders.
