Description
The Department of the Interior is seeking quotes for outdoor recreation access management, permit issuance, and record keeping on military installations controlled by the Department of the Air Force. The contract will be for a period of up to 3 years. The contractor will be responsible for providing access management, permit issuance, and record keeping services. The contractor must submit a technical quote, past performance information, and pricing information. The government will evaluate offers based on technical, past performance, and price factors.
• The contract is set-aside for small business concerns.
• The small business size standard is $19.5M.
• The contractor must comply with the Service Contract Act (SCA) and respective Wage Determination.
• The contractor must provide a unique entity identifier, complete business mailing address, contact name, phone number, and email address.
• The contractor must submit a separate volume that includes all assumptions, conditions, or exceptions with any solicitation item.
