Soap & Sanitizer System

The Birdville Independent School District (BISD) is soliciting competitive sealed proposals for the provision of a standardized soap and hand sanitizer system. The selected vendor will be responsible for the installation of all new dispensers and the removal and replacement of existing soap and sanitizer systems. The vendor will also be required to provide training to designated District staff on proper refilling, maintenance, and operation procedures. • The contract term is for one year, with the option to extend for up to two additional one-year periods. • The District has budgeted approximately $102,957.20 for the annual contract. • The selected vendor must provide cost-effective solutions while meeting or exceeding performance standards for soap and sanitizer systems. • The District reserves the right to award this contract to a single vendor if deemed in the District's best interest.
