Description
The US Army is seeking a contractor to provide vehicle gate maintenance services at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, WA. The contractor will be responsible for performing quarterly maintenance and repairs on five vehicle gates to ensure their continuous, safe, and reliable operation. The contract will have a base year and four option years. The contractor must comply with original equipment manufacturer (OEM) specifications, Underwriters Laboratories (UL) 325 safety standards, and applicable Department of Defense (DoD) physical security regulations.
Key tasks include:
• Quarterly preventative maintenance and safety inspections
• Mechanical system inspections and repairs
• Electrical and control system inspections and repairs
• Safety device and compliance inspections
• Emergency access and manual operation testing
• Documentation and deficiency reporting
• Unscheduled repair services
The contractor must also provide written documentation of all quarterly inspections and submit a completed Quarterly Maintenance Checklist for each gate within five business days of inspection completion.
