Description
The State Highway Administration is seeking a Master Contractor to provide ShareGate software migration and support services. The software will be used to migrate Intranet SharePoint site content to SharePoint Online sites, and will allow users to publish, backup, and restore data for the Intranet. The contractor will be responsible for providing the software, installation, and training services. The scope of work includes FA I - COTS Software, FA II - Installation and Training Services, and FA III - Manufacturer's Software Warranty/Maintenance. The evaluation criteria for the award will be based on the most advantageous offer considering price and evaluation factors.
Key points to consider:
• The software must be new and unused
• The contractor must be an authorized reseller for the manufacturer
• The contractor must provide a screenshot of the manufacturer's suggested retail price
• The contractor must ensure that the proposed COTS software is virus-free
• The contractor must furnish all agreements and terms and conditions expected to be signed or to be subject to in connection with the products or services provided under this PORFP
