The North Dakota University System (NDUS) Core Technology Services is seeking competitive sealed‑bid offers to supply magnetic name badges (3 in × 1.5 in) and a small quantity of custom plaques, trophies, and miscellaneous items for its 11 member institutions. All items must be shipped FOB destination with freight included in the price, delivered within seven days of order receipt, and accompanied by free samples for evaluation. The contract is a one‑year base term with a possible six‑month extension and up to nine one‑year renewal options, and pricing must be firm‑fixed for the first year.
