26-005 High Performance Marine Center of Excellence Dock Complex

The City of Pensacola is seeking bids for the construction of a High Performance Maritime Center of Excellence Dock Complex. The project includes the construction of a dock, launch, and boat facility, as well as associated utilities and site work. The facility will be located on the eastern side of the Port of Pensacola and will support the operational requirements of the HPMCE Dock Complex. The project also includes the removal of dredged material and the disposal of it at an approved site. • The dock, launch, and boat facility will be situated on the eastern side of the Port. • The facility will support the operational requirements of the HPMCE Dock Complex. • The facility will enable personnel to board boats from a landside dock and accommodate multiple moorings during sailing events. • Access from Warehouse #10 to the dock and associated utilities should be considered and incorporated based on available funding. • The project includes the removal of dredged material and the disposal of it at an approved site.
