Clemson Choirs International Tour

Clemson University is seeking proposals from experienced national touring agencies to assist in planning and implementing the travels for Clemson University’s International Choir Tour scheduled for May 2027. The travel group is composed of 45 students and 3 Faculty, totaling 48 attendees. The Successful Offeror shall provide comprehensive, turnkey travel planning, management, and execution services for the tour, which shall be 10 days in duration and include informal and full-length concerts at historic venues in Italy or Spain. • The tour shall include multiple informal performances and a minimum of two full-length concerts. • The Offeror shall provide a dedicated Tour Manager for the duration of the trip. • All transportation, lodging, and meals shall be included in the proposal. • The Offeror shall comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including FERPA requirements. • The total cost to Clemson University under this solicitation shall be a firm, fixed amount not to exceed $10,000.
