HPE Synergy Renewal

The Knoxville Utilities Board (KUB) is seeking a vendor to provide HPE Synergy Support Renewal. The term dates for the contract will vary depending on the line items, with some starting on 11/13/2025 and others on 5/23/2026 or 6/24/2026, all ending on 11/12/2026. The vendor must be an authorized distributor or reseller of the requested product manufacturer and provide new, factory-sealed equipment with full warranty. The vendor must also comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to non-discrimination and boycotts. • The contract will require the vendor to provide pricing for all items requested, with unit prices prevailing. • The vendor must complete the bid package in its entirety and provide all information requested. • The vendor must acknowledge any addendums and include them with the bid package. • New bidders will be required to provide a completed W-9 and Vendor Application prior to issuance of a Purchase Order.
