Description
Prince George’s County Public Schools (PGCPS) is seeking qualified vendors to provide consulting, technical, and functional support for its Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and Synergy Student Information System (SIS), along with broader enterprise‑IT services such as data‑warehouse, integration, mobile‑app development, and cloud‑migration assistance. The contract will establish a pre‑qualified vendor pool that PGCPS can draw on for short‑term projects, staff augmentation, or system enhancements over a three‑year period, with two one‑year renewal options and a possible 12‑month extension. Vendors must meet extensive compliance requirements—including background checks, cyber‑liability insurance, data‑privacy/security certifications (SOC 2/ISO 27001), and a 15 % Minority Business Enterprise participation goal—as well as demonstrate deep experience with Oracle E‑Business Suite, student‑information‑system implementations, and K‑12 education environments.
• Provide Oracle ERP (E‑Business Suite) support across HR, Financial, Supply Chain, and custom development modules, and advise on potential migration to Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• Deliver Synergy SIS consulting, customization, testing, reporting, and mobile‑framework development.
• Offer enterprise‑IT services: Oracle DBA, WebCenter, Identity & Access Management, WebLogic, Business Intelligence, Data Warehouse (MicroStrategy), and integration tooling.
• Supply staff augmentation with vetted consultants (fingerprint checks, CPS clearance, Safe‑Schools training) and adhere to a 7 am‑5 pm EST support window.
• Meet contractual obligations: fixed‑rate hourly pricing, 15 % MBE participation, $1 M cyber‑liability insurance, and compliance with FERPA, COPPA, HIPAA, and Maryland procurement statutes.
