Description
The State of West Virginia Purchasing Division is soliciting bids for the printing of WV CPRB Laws and Rules Code Books and Supplement. The contract will be for an initial term of one year, with the option to renew for successive one-year periods. The successful vendor will be required to provide proof of insurance and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. The solicitation includes a detailed specification of the requirements for the printing services, including the quantity and quality of the materials to be printed.
• The contract is for an open-end contract, with quantities listed in the solicitation being approximations only.
• The vendor must provide pricing information on the attached exhibit A pricing page.

• The contract may be renewed upon mutual written consent, with a maximum of three successive one-year periods.
• The vendor must provide proof of insurance, including commercial general liability insurance and workers' compensation insurance.
