Fleet - Automotive Replacement Parts and Accessories: Phase 2

The City of St. Petersburg is seeking responses from qualified vendors to provide automotive replacement parts and accessories on an as-needed basis. The city intends to establish strategic partnering agreements for the Fleet Management Department for automotive and/or equipment parts for light, medium, and heavy-duty assets. The awarded vendor(s) are expected to be the manufacturer or a fully authorized dealer/distributor for any of the products being proposed. • The initial term of the agreement is three years, with one two-year renewal option by mutual written agreement of the parties. • The estimated annual expenditure is approximately $2,000,000. • Vendors must provide and meet the following responsibilities: inform program manager of any issues limiting its ability to provide parts and/or accessories, carry sufficient inventory of original equipment manufacturers (OEM) replacement parts and materials, provide a single point of contact, and notify the city with any changes in account manager or contact information. • The city's Fleet Management Department shall be responsible for notifying the vendor when automotive equipment, parts, and/or accessories are required, and providing a point of contact to administer the agreement.
