IFB 54-122226984-ARS HP DesignJet T2600dr PostScript Multifunction Printers

The North Carolina Department of Transportation (NCDOT) is seeking to procure 85 HP DesignJet T2600dr PostScript Multifunction Printers to replace existing plotters. The selected vendor will be required to provide the printers, deliver and install them at 71 NCDOT facilities, and provide training to NCDOT personnel. The contract term will be one year, and the vendor will be responsible for removing and disposing of the existing plotters. • The vendor must provide a detailed description of the equipment and its specifications. • The vendor must provide a warranty for the equipment for a period of 12 months. • The vendor must provide training to NCDOT personnel on the use and maintenance of the equipment. • The vendor must remove and dispose of the existing plotters in an environmentally responsible manner. • The vendor must provide a trade-in value for the existing plotters.
