HVAC Chiller Maintenance

The Las Vegas Convention & Visitors Authority is seeking bids for comprehensive preventive maintenance, inspections, and related repair support for eleven water-cooled HVAC chiller systems at the Las Vegas Convention Center. The contract will be for a period of 5 years, with an option for renewal. The successful bidder will be required to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and qualified personnel to perform the work. The bid must include a monthly cost for each chiller, which must be all-inclusive of the monthly inspections, annual PM, required testing, and routine repair support. • The work includes performing comprehensive preventive maintenance, inspections, and related repair support for eleven water-cooled HVAC chiller systems. • The contract will be for a period of 5 years. • The successful bidder will be required to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and qualified personnel to perform the work. • The bid must include a monthly cost for each chiller, which must be all-inclusive of the monthly inspections, annual PM, required testing, and routine repair support. • The bid must also include the total cost to perform Eddy Current Testing per the Scope of Work outlined in the ITB. • The bid must include 25% of the subtotal as an owner-controlled contingency.
