Description
The Indian Health Service is seeking capability statements from interested parties to provide laboratory analyzer and consumable support services for the Quentin N Burdick Memorial Health Care Facility in Belcourt, ND, and the Pine Ridge Service Unit in Pine Ridge, SD. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, equipment, materials, supervision, and transportation necessary to continue uninterrupted laboratory analyzer services under a Cost Per Test (CPT) model. The scope of work includes continued use of currently installed laboratory analyzers, preventive maintenance and corrective service, provision of all proprietary reagents, calibrators, controls, and consumables, and technical and operational support required for full system functionality.
• The contractor must perform all services in accordance with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) specifications, standards, and service protocols.
• The contractor must ensure full system functionality, uptime, and reliability to support clinical laboratory operations.
• The contractor must provide all required reagents, consumables, calibrators, controls, and replacement parts necessary to maintain system operations.
• The contractor must maintain compatibility with existing laboratory systems, software, and workflows.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable Federal, state, local, and accreditation requirements.
