The College of New Jersey seeks a qualified contractor to perform remediation work following microbial inspections of its three residence‑hall complexes during the summer of 2026 and 2027. The contractor will follow directions from an environmental consultant to clean furniture, HVAC units, damaged drywall, and carpets, and to HEPA‑vacuum rooms after each inspection and on a monthly schedule.
