Outddoor LED Digital Display Marquee

The City of Philadelphia is seeking bids for the replacement and upgrade of an outdoor LED digital display marquee at the Dell Music Center. The scope of work includes removal and proper disposal of the existing digital display, installation of a new digital display on the existing structure, and meeting all award-selection specifications. The bidder must supply and meet all requirements, including providing a complete technical submittal within 60 days of contract award. The contract will result in a Firm Limit Contract, one-time purchase. Key features of the display include a 10mm EMC single face, 7 ft x 9 inch active area cabinet, and a 210 x 270 matrix. The display must operate from 120/240 VAC, 60 Hz single-phase power and have a minimum intensity of 6,000 nits maximum light output. • The display must have a minimum of 150° horizontal half-intensity viewing angle. • The display must be designed with service features that minimize potential bodily harm. • The display must have a 5-year parts warranty and a 10-year parts availability guarantee. • The display must have a toll-free service coordination and a domestic help desk. • The display must have a life-of-sign communication from the manufacturer through the Verizon network. • The display must have a life-of-sign remote diagnostics from the manufacturer.
