The Department of the Treasury is seeking information on a unified, cloud-based enterprise platform to support the full lifecycle of FOIA and eDiscovery activities. The platform should be capable of handling large volumes of Electronically Stored Information (ESI) and provide features such as case management, processing engine, review module, redaction suite, and reporting engine. The platform should also be FedRAMP-authorized and comply with federal records, cybersecurity, and accessibility requirements.
Some key features and capabilities that the platform should have include:
• Support for multimedia processing (audio transcription, video redaction, image recognition)
• Incorporation of AI or ML-based capabilities (e.g., predictive coding/CAL, entity extraction, intelligent redaction, privilege detection)
• Ability to support high-volume ESI workloads, including terabytes of data, hundreds of workspaces, various levels of organizational structure, and 200+ concurrent users
• Support for FOIA/eDiscovery functions such as ingestion, processing, deduplication, email threading, clustering, predictive coding, review hosting, FOIA case management, PII/privilege detection, automated redaction, audit logging, scheduled and ad-hoc reporting, and API integrations.
