Description
Virginia Tech is seeking qualified vendors to implement a Finance and Human Capital Management (HCM) ERP system. The contract will be awarded through a competitive negotiation process to a system vendor or an authorized partner. Vendors must submit separate proposals for each ERP platform they represent, and only proposals linked to the selected ERP vendor will be evaluated. All minimum requirements in the RFP must be met for eligibility.
