Description
The Central Texas Regional Mobility Authority (CTRMA) is seeking information from vendors capable of providing a modern Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution with the ability to support core administrative functions and integrate with external systems, including tolling platforms, banking institutions, and other operational technologies. The ERP solution should address functional areas such as general ledger and financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and capital planning, project and program financial management, accounts payable, accounts receivable and revenue tracking, debt, bond, and financing management, capital assets and asset management, procurement and sourcing, contract management, workforce management, payroll, time and attendance, employee self-service and user experience, and reporting, analytics, and data access.
• The ERP solution should be able to support a multi-system environment that includes financial management, capital program delivery, toll operations, and administrative functions.
• The solution should be able to integrate with external systems, including tolling platforms, banking institutions, and other operational technologies.
• The solution should be able to provide role-based access to provide broader visibility and support for department staff.
• The solution should be able to support a lean internal staff complemented by external partners and service providers.
• The solution should be able to support a hybrid support model that includes contracted consultants to support key functions, including engineering, information technology, and specialized operational areas.
