Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Hampton VA Medical Center, is seeking a contractor to provide CD/DVD burner services, including unlimited phone support, repair parts, labor, and travel as required. The contract will be a firm-fixed-price contract with a base year and three option years. The contractor will provide services to the CD-DVD burners, including unscheduled maintenance, onsite response within one business day, and a 98% uptime guarantee. The contractor will also provide written documentation of all repairs, calibrations, and maintenance procedures performed.
