Description
The California Department of Housing and Community Development is seeking a contractor to upgrade its existing ImageTrust and AppXtender/AppEnhancer systems to the latest supported versions. The upgrade will improve document capture, indexing, and records management, and will transition the system from an on-prem solution to Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure. The contractor should have experience with ImageTrust and AppEnhancer, and should be able to provide the necessary services to complete the upgrade. Some of the key requirements include:
• Minimum of five years experience with ImageTrust and AppEnhancer
• Ability to upgrade the systems to the latest supported versions
• Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure
• Ability to provide document capture, indexing, and records management services
The project will be completed in various counties in California, including Alameda, Alpine, Amador, and others.
