V129--Provide Shuttle, Parking and Restroom Services.

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking information from qualified small business sources to determine their availability and capability to provide shuttle, parking, and restroom services for the Ralph H. Johnson VA Health Care System in Charleston, SC. The services required include providing parking for up to 800 vehicles, restroom facilities, and shuttle service to transport Veteran Patients and Government Employees within the Downtown Charleston area. The period of performance shall include a one-year base period with the inclusion of four-year option periods. The contractor shall provide all necessary resources, including vehicles, equipment, and personnel, to successfully staff, operate, maintain, and support the route and schedule required. Some key requirements include: • Providing a location within a 1.5-mile radius from the main facility for staff and patient parking with a minimum of 800 parking spaces • Providing continuous shuttle bus transportation service • Providing male/female/handicap restroom facilities • Operating on a 5-minute schedule during peak times and a 15-minute schedule during non-peak times • Providing reports to the Contracting Officer’s Representative as set forth under and in accordance with all terms, conditions, clauses, and provisions in the solicitation.
