Description
The Gwinnett County Government is seeking a qualified service provider to provide Short-Term Rental Monitoring and License Administration on a multi-year contract. The selected service provider will be responsible for managing the new STR licensing program, providing and maintaining the software necessary to support the licensing process, and monitoring short-term rental activity in Gwinnett. The scope of work includes implementing the County's Short-Term Rental Ordinance, managing license applications and renewals, providing customer support, and performing monitoring and trends analysis.
• Manage all aspects of the new STR licensing program
• Provide and maintain software necessary to support the licensing process
• Monitor short-term rental activity in Gwinnett
• Develop and deploy tools to monitor STR locations online
• Maintain a map-based interactive tool to show licensed and unlicensed STR locations
• Provide regular reporting on license applications, renewals, and revenue collected
