Description
The Hall County Library System is seeking a contractor to provide grounds maintenance services for four library branches. The services include mowing, edging, blowing, weed control, aeration, fertilization, and pruning of trees and shrubs. The contract will be for a 12-month period, with possible renewal for two additional years. The contractor will be required to provide all equipment and supplies necessary for the services. The library system prefers to accept proposals from vendors with at least five years of experience in grounds maintenance. The evaluation criteria include number of years in business, firm's organization and management structure, firm's facilities and equipment, firm's experience in doing the same type contracts, references, and pricing.
