The Gadsden Independent School District is seeking a qualified vendor to provide semi‑annual cleaning, inspection, and servicing of range‑hood ventilation systems at 27 school‑site locations throughout southern New Mexico. Work must comply with NFPA 96 standards, include mileage/fuel costs, and be performed FOB destination. The contract is a four‑year agreement with mutually‑agreed price adjustments and requires extensive documentation, including insurance certificates, background‑check/fingerprinting for personnel, and an in‑state preference certification for New Mexico vendors.
• Scope: Clean and inspect commercial kitchen hood ventilation equipment twice per year at each listed school site (total 54 service events per year).
• Requirements: Minimum insurance limits (workers’ comp $100k/$500k, public liability $300k/$500k, automobile liability $300k/$500k etc.), fingerprinting for all on‑site staff, and completion of ~10 mandatory forms.
