Description
The Roscommon Area Public Schools is seeking a consultant to provide a comprehensive Facility Condition Assessment of the District's facilities. The assessment will evaluate the existing conditions, identify deferred maintenance and capital improvement needs, and provide a long-range planning tool for the District. The scope of services includes architectural, interior design, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, civil engineering, landscape architecture, technology, security, and educational adequacy assessments. The consultant will provide a range of deliverables, including an executive summary, facility-by-facility assessment reports, and a prioritized capital improvement plan.
• The assessment will cover multiple facilities, including Roscommon Elementary School, Roscommon Middle School, and Roscommon High School.
• The consultant will provide a multidisciplinary assessment utilizing licensed professionals.
• The District intends to use the completed Facility Condition Assessment as a long-range planning tool.
• The proposal requirements include firm profile and qualifications, Michigan K-12 experience, proposed project team and resumes, and proposed fee and any optional services.
