The U.S. Government Publishing Office is seeking a printer to produce “Junior Ranger Books” for the Pipe Spring National Monument. The work is a fixed‑price, indefinite‑quantity contract with a ceiling of $9,252 for the maximum quantity the contractor can deliver, plus a unit price for any additional copies. The books are 6½ × 10 in, saddle‑stitched, 16‑page interior, wrap‑around cover, printed in full color on specified paper stocks, and must be delivered FOB destination by 31 July 2026. Proofs are required in press‑quality PDF format, with a three‑day turnaround, and final shipments must be packaged, labelled, and tracked according to GPO specifications.
• Print 100 % of the contracted quantity on JCP L70 cover stock (10 pt, C1S) and JCP A60 text stock (60 lb).
• Provide a press‑quality PDF proof to three GPO contacts; receive “OK to print” before production.
• Pack cartons ≤ 40 lb, label with GPO Form 905, and ship to Pipe Spring National Monument, Fredonia, AZ (inside delivery).
• Include “blue‑label” government‑furnished copies with Form 917 for payment.
• Submit the quote electronically by 30 June 2026 2 PM ET; all invoices must be accompanied by a W‑9.
