60 Inch Double Knit Pique Fabric 100 Percent Poly Fabric and Collars (Multiple Colors) for Tabor City Sewing Plant

The North Carolina Department of Adult Correction is seeking bids for the supply of 60 Inch Double Knit Pique Fabric 100% Poly Fabric and Collars (Multiple Colors) for the Tabor City Sewing Plant. The contract will be for a period of 3 years, with the option to renew. The successful bidder will be required to deliver the fabric and collars on an "as needed" basis, with no guaranteed minimum or maximum quantity. The bid price shall constitute the total cost to the State for delivery, including all applicable charges for shipping, delivery, handling, administrative, and other similar fees. • The fabric must be 60 inches wide and made of 100% polyester. • The collars must be 16, 18, or 21 inches in length. • The fabric and collars must be available in multiple colors, including white, royal blue, red, navy blue, gray, charcoal gray, black, olive, sand, pink, turquoise, pewter, and Carolina blue. • The successful bidder must be authorized by the manufacturer to distribute or resell the products. • The bidder must provide a signed statement from the manufacturer confirming authorization. • The bidder must provide a sample of the fabric, measuring at least 2 yards, before the bid opening date. • The bidder must complete and upload all required attachments, including the pricing form, HUB supplemental vendor information, customer reference template, location of workers utilized by vendor, and certification of financial condition.
