Description
The Maryland Judiciary is seeking a consultant to perform a comprehensive mapping of data-related business processes across all circuit courts in the state. The consultant will be required to provide consulting services to support this effort. The scope of work includes performing a thorough analysis of current business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing recommendations for process enhancements. The consultant will be expected to work closely with court staff and other stakeholders to ensure that the mapping effort is thorough and effective.
