NOTICE OF INTENT TO SINGLE SOURCE ILLINOIS TOOL WORKS DBA E.H. WACHS

The Collier County Procurement Services Division intends to designate Illinois Tool Works dba E.H. Wachs as a single source for the provision of power valve operators, valve equipment, parts, and maintenance services. The equipment is currently installed on the Water, Wastewater, and IQ vehicles to assist Public Utilities team members in conducting work on the potable, wastewater, and irrigation quality water systems. • The single source designation is proposed for a period of 3 years, from 10/01/2026 to 09/30/2029. • The Procurement Services Division is seeking responses from interested parties who may be able to provide similar services. • Respondents must submit their responses online via the Collier County Procurement Services Division Online Bidding System.
