Description
The Weston Preparatory Academy is soliciting sealed proposals for the removal and installation of 11 new HVAC units, ranging from 3 to 10 tons. The project includes all components and connections, including electrical and plumbing, needed to complete the project. The successful bidder will be required to commence construction no less than 7 days after issuance of a notice to proceed and complete the project by May 29, 2026. The bidder must provide a bid bond, performance bond, and payment bond, and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including prevailing wage requirements.
