Description
The West Virginia Department of Tourism is seeking a vendor to provide portable toilet rental services for the Appalachian String Band Music Festival at Camp Washington Carver. The vendor must provide all labor, equipment, materials, supervision, transportation, delivery, servicing, pumping, cleaning, maintenance, and removal necessary to furnish portable sanitation services for the event. The contract will be awarded to the vendor that provides the contract services meeting the required specifications at the lowest overall total cost. The event will take place from July 24, 2026, to August 2, 2026, and the vendor must deliver the portable toilets by July 23, 2026, and remove them by August 3, 2026. Some key requirements include:
• Providing a minimum of 35 portable toilet units
• Each unit must be labeled "Men" or "Women" and contain filled hand sanitizer
• Each unit must be maintained in a clean and sanitary condition
• The vendor must respond to emergency service within two hours
• The vendor must provide grey water holding tank rental and pumping services as needed
