On-Demand Transportation Services

The Town of Miami Lakes is seeking a provider to operate an on-demand transportation program designed to improve mobility for residents, employees, and visitors. The selected provider will operate town-wide, connecting residential neighborhoods with commercial districts, parks, civic facilities, and other key destinations. The provider must offer a complete turnkey on-demand transportation service, including vehicles, drivers, dispatch and routing technology, customer service support, fleet maintenance, operations management, marketing and outreach, and ridership reporting and analytics. The service area will be limited to the Town boundaries, plus a round-trip service to the Palmetto Metrorail Station, for at least the first six months of operations. Some key requirements include: * Providing a minimum fleet of four vehicles, including at least one ADA-accessible vehicle * Operating as an on-demand transportation system, providing point-to-point service within the defined service area * Meeting service standards, including an average pickup wait time of 15 minutes * Providing a demand-responsive mobility platform capable of supporting real-time ride requests, dispatching, and data analytics * Maintaining accurate operational records and providing regular performance reports to the Town
